Terrible, September 27, 2010 By This review is from: DeLonghi EO1270 6-Slice Convection Toaster Oven, Stainless Steel (Kitchen) I have had this oven for a little over one year. I have had to replace the control knobs THREE times!! The control knobs just crumble and are useless!! This is a manufacturing defect by the company. It got so hot that it scorched my kitchen curtains! I moved it a few feet away from the window so it is, now was, in the middle of kitchen because it is a fire hazard! It is now in the garbage can! I will not purchase another Delonghi product!!

Because of this I had no reservations about buying this new model.
It was awful-it would only toast bread on one side-the bottom elements did not heat.
I returned it the same day.
What a shame it is for DeLongi to ruin its reputation with such an inferior product.
